Terms Overview

Irving Place rents to friends and family and friends of Wheaton College. Rental is subject to availability and must be confirmed with Irving Place via email.

Maximum Occupancy

Maximum occupancy is 6 people. You must communicate the total number of individuals staying with your party when you communicate to us regarding availablity.

Check-in and Check-out Times

Standard Check-in tiime is 3:00 PM CST. Standard Check-out time is 11:00 AM CST.

Pets

Our Standard Rate does NOT include pets. If you have a dog that you would like to be part of your stay, an additional $25 per night will be included in your rate.

House Rules

• Parking: please park in front of the garage towards the back of the driveway.
• Pets: if you bring your dog, please keep your dog on a leash at all times outside. The backyard is not fenced in.
• Before You Leave:
  • Beds: strip sheets off any beds that were used and place at the end of the bed
  • Bathrooms: pile used towels on the floor in front of the tub
  • Kitchen: place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it before you leave
  • Garbage: please dispose of garbage in the garbage can outside the side door
